During the past month, we had Mr. Isidro Garcia a Portuguese Business student as a volunteer who has come to India to work in our organization.
He is extremely passionate about the environment and, like all of us, on helping to protect it. He understands that environmental work is something that all of us benefit from, regardless of one’s nationality or age.
Throughout this month, he has participated and assisted on several school field trips and school presentations, teaching the children about the importance of environmental protection and about the biodiversity of his own country. He worked with us in all our visits to various places i.e., Ramshej, Harsul, Dugarwadi, Anjaneri studying the wildlife, vegetation and aiding in conservation. In addition to this, he aided on the development of the new book ‘Forest Birds of Nashik’.
We are always content on sharing our passion for conservation and to work with anyone who his equally passionate.
